Who it's for
For the people who answer for the money.
Finance, treasury and internal audit get audited controls and one reconciled ledger. The managers who run the programs get one platform and a team that does the work.
Finance
Controllers, CFOs and treasury
- One ledger for co-op, incentives, vouchers and rebates, ad-hoc payments and cards
- Segregated custodial accounts, verified daily and reconciled to the bank monthly
- Funding, commitments and available balances by program and funding owner, live
Audit
Internal audit and compliance
- Integrity's SOC 2 Type II report, available under NDA
- Dual-control release, segregation of duties, sanctions screening and TIN matching, enforced by the platform
- A tamper-evident audit log, with read-only access to every record and decision
Program owners
Marketing managers who run the programs
- Every program type on one platform, configured from templates
- Approvals that follow your hierarchy, with delegation
- A dedicated Integrity team that validates, pays, reconciles and supports payees
One accountable supplier. Integrity builds the platform, runs the clearinghouse team and owns the service levels.
Program coverage
Built for the programs you run.
Five program archetypes cover the co-op, incentive, rebate, one-off and card payments an enterprise marketing organization funds each year.
Each runs with its own rules, approvals and funding — and shares one ledger, one audit trail and one set of reports with every other program.Sample configurations show illustrative data.

How it works
What Parity handles
Joint marketing / co-op
Distributor and retailer co-op, marketing development funds (MDF) and local marketing funds
Participants earn accruals on qualifying purchases and claim reimbursement for eligible marketing — with proof that it ran.
Sample configuration: 3% accrual · 50% reimbursement · $50,000 cap
- Accrual balances by participant
- Claims with proof of performance and brand-compliance review
- Reimbursement rates, per-claim caps and claim windows
Volume incentives
Per-unit, tiered and growth incentives
Per-unit incentives paid to manufacturers and participating companies against reported units, at the rate their volume tier has earned.
Sample configuration: Base / Silver / Gold · $38–$52 per unit
- Volume tiers and per-unit rates
- Unit reports with serial-number validation
- Duplicate-unit and reasonableness checks
Vouchers & rebates
Retail voucher clearing, consumer and mail-in rebates
Redemptions cleared in batches; retailers are reimbursed face value plus a 1.5% processor fee once the marketing manager approves.
Sample configuration: 1.5% processor fee · 40 per store per day
- Redemption clearing and offer-code validation
- Anomaly detection — duplicate serials and store velocity
- Processor fees, and consumer payouts by check or ACH
Ad-hoc & incidental payments
Sponsorships, promotional allowances, goodwill, creators
One-off payments to payees of any size, requested and approved by the managers who own the budget.
Sample configuration: Paid on approval · finance from $10,000
- Manager-approved payment requests with justification
- Approval routing by amount and funding owner
- Onboarding, tax forms and screening before first payment
Card-based spend
Field marketing and event incidentals
Controlled virtual cards for approved point-of-sale purchases — spend is limited before it happens, not reviewed after.
Sample configuration: Allowed categories only · receipts over $75
- Merchant-category blocks and loaded spend limits
- Receipt capture and transaction review
- Settlement into program balances and reconciliation
Platform
One platform, configured per program.
Every program is a configuration of the same sixteen modules. A new program starts from a template and is ready in weeks, not run as a software project — and it inherits the same controls, audit trail and reporting as every other program.

How it works
How a payment moves.
Seven steps from submission to report, each with a control applied and evidence recorded. Nothing is paid until it has been validated, approved, funded and released under dual control.

Funds control
Every dollar, accounted for.
Program funds sit in segregated custodial accounts and are tracked in sub-ledgers by program and funding owner. Transactions are verified daily, balances are reconciled to the bank monthly, and every statement ties out.
- Segregated custodial accounts
- Program funds are held for the benefit of your programs in custodial accounts at a partner bank, separate from operating funds.
- Sub-ledgers by funding owner
- Every deposit, commitment and payment is attributed to a program pool and the manager who funded it.
- Prefunding that fits
- Annual, quarterly or needs-based prefunding per program, by wire, ACH or an authorized debit of your account, with funding requests approved in Parity.
- Thresholds and replenishment
- Low-balance alerts prepare a replenishment request; at the critical threshold, new commitments pause.
- Balances you can see, live
- Held, committed, in approval and available for every pool and funding owner, updated as funds land and payments release.
- Unused-balance treatment
- Return to the funding owner at close, roll forward, or reallocate with approval — set per program.
- Good-funds release
- Payments go out only against funds that have cleared at the bank, never against a deposit that could still be reversed.
- Bank status on every payment
- Each payment is tracked from funding to settlement, and returns and corrections post to the ledger as the bank reports them.

Controls
Controls that satisfy audit.
The controls internal audit looks for are enforced by the platform, not left to procedure — and every action leaves evidence that can be independently verified.
Integrity is SOC 2 Type II audited, and the report is available under NDA. Parity's production environment is in scope for the next audit period. Internal audit gets read-only access to every record, decision and audit event.

Authorization & access
Segregation of duties
Submitters can't approve their own items and preparers can't release their own runs. The platform blocks it and shows why.
Sign-in security
Single sign-on (SSO) with your identity provider over SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect, so your MFA and password policies apply. Integrity staff sign in with MFA, and payees sign in with a one-time code sent to their email.
Maker-checker payment release
Every payment run needs a preparer and a separate releaser before a bank file is sent.
Least-privilege roles
Role-based permissions, IP address allowlisting and quarterly user-access reviews.
Card merchant controls
Merchant-category blocks and each card's loaded spend limit, enforced by the card processor at authorization.
Payee verification & payment integrity
Business payee verification
Every business payee is verified before the first payment: legal name and TIN matched with the IRS (or W-8BEN-E reviewed for non-U.S. entities), address checked against the signed tax form, bank account verified and sanctions screened.
Sanctions screening
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) lists, including Specially Designated Nationals (SDN), and consolidated lists — at onboarding and whenever payee details change, with the option to rescreen before every payment run.
IRS TIN matching
Name and TIN validated before the first payment and whenever a W-9 changes.
Bank verification and cooling-off
Accounts verified by instant bank connection, by prenote or by bank letter with call-back before use; changed bank details wait out a 72-hour cooling-off with call-back verification.
Duplicate and velocity controls
Duplicate claims, invoices, voucher serials and unit serial numbers blocked; velocity limits by payee and store.
Evidence & data protection
Tamper-evident audit log
Every action recorded with actor, time and before-and-after values in a SHA-256 cryptographic hash chain.
Evidence on demand
Approval histories, audit events and reconciliations export to CSV or PDF for sampling.
Change control
Rule and configuration changes are approved by their accountable owner, versioned and written to the audit log.
Encryption and masking
Encrypted in transit and at rest; TINs and bank account numbers masked by default.
Seven-year retention
Records, documents and audit events retained for seven years.

Payee experience
A better experience for payees.
Distributors, retailers, participating companies, agencies and consumers get one portal that makes it easy to be paid correctly — which means fewer calls, fewer resubmissions and faster cycle times.
- Guided onboarding
- Invitation-based, with electronic tax forms (W-9 or W-8BEN-E) and automatic TIN matching.
- Bank account verification
- Payees can connect their bank online for instant verification. Otherwise, U.S. accounts are verified with a zero-dollar ACH prenote before the first payment, and any account can be verified by bank letter with a call-back.
- Live eligibility checks
- Rule results and an estimated amount before a claim is submitted — so fewer come back.
- Payment tracking
- From approval to settlement, with trace numbers and remittance detail.
- Payee support
- Phone and email support from the clearinghouse team, with status and remittance detail that answer most questions first.
- US and Canada
- USD and CAD, with EFT and Interac e-Transfer payouts to Canadian bank accounts.

Migration
Migration without disruption.
Programs move in planned waves, sequenced by your key dates, data readiness and complexity. Each wave is discovered, cleansed, run in parallel for at least two payment cycles and cut over against a signed checklist — so payees are paid on time throughout.
No program cuts over on an unexplained variance. Final waves are agreed with your team during discovery, based on complexity, data readiness and program dates.

Wave length depends on each program's payment cycles and key dates.
Fixed dates go first
Programs with hard dates — ownership changes, contract end dates, new launches — move in the first wave, so nothing lapses between providers.
Data discovery and cleansing
Recipients, tax forms, open claims, balances and payment history are profiled, mapped, de-duplicated and validated before load.
Parallel runs with variance reporting
Legacy and Parity process the same activity side by side, and every variance is explained before cutover.
Cutover checklists
Opening balances, open items, payee bank details and approval policies are signed off by your team.
Peak-season guardrails
Cutovers land on period boundaries, away from claim deadlines, promotion peaks and fiscal close, with peak volumes staffed for.
Hypercare
30 days of daily check-ins and heightened monitoring after each wave, with a named lead until the program is stable.
